GUIDELINES TO PARENTS

Guidelines to Parents

Parents are the first teachers and the teachers are the second parents. In order to secure all that is best in the education of your child, maximum co-operation between the parents and the school authorities is desired.

Entrusting a child to the school implies that the parents agree to abide by the rules and regulations and the decisions of the school.
Kindly discourage children from taking more and unnecessary leave, as far as possible.
Keep in touch with the day to day progress of your child and discuss it with the Principal at an appointed time.
Criticism of the school or teachers in the presence of the child must be strictly avoided, because it causes the child to lose faith in the teachers and in the school and will result in failure in the formation of the child and in his / her studies.
Do not force the teachers to take private tuitions to your children.
Any change of address and phone numbers must be informed to the school authorities / office.
After every terminal examination a parents and teachers meet will be held and the child's attendance will be on the basis of your presence in the meeting.
Parents or guardians may meet the Principal for any official purpose, on a prior appointment. Meeting the teachers shall be only with the permission of the Principal.
On National Festivals and other important occasions students must be compulsorily present in the school….
